The Yankees will be attempting to end their recent struggles in the city of Anaheim when they begin a three-game series with the two-time defending American League West champion Angels tonight.
New York has lost six straight series to the Angels in Anaheim and are just 5-14 at Angel Stadium over that span. That doesn’t include two losses in three games there during the 2005 AL Division Series, which the Angels won in five games.
